While[a] he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold, a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased. Listen to him!” And when[b] the disciples heard this,[c] they fell down on their faces and were extremely frightened. And Jesus came and touched them and[d] said, “Get up and do not be afraid.”
